I am a geophysicist, dedicated to performing seismic microzonation studies and investigating the dynamic soil behavior. I am currently working as a geophysical consultant for the ReSist Project Team of the Lisbon Municipality. I hold a degree in Meteorology, Oceanography and Geophysics and obtained an MSc in Geophysical Sciences, specialization in Earth Geophysics, and a PhD in Geophysical Sciences and Geoinformation, specialization in Geophysics from the University of Lisbon (Portugal). I collaborate on several research projects to characterize the dynamic soil behavior, perform seismic soil response modeling, estimate site effects, seismic risk assessment, and mitigation for Lisbon.
